How do payouts and cash-ins work?
Drivers cash-in per agreed targets; owners receive payouts at the cadence of their package (monthly, twice-monthly, or weekly) with a statement that shows income, platform fees, fuel/maintenance, and our commission.
What if my driver quits or underperforms?
We maintain a vetted pipeline. Replacements follow a defined SLA, with probation and performance tracking. You’ll be updated at every step.
Who pays for insurance and tracking?
Insurance and GPS are transparent add-ons (N$500 & N$200 per month). If you already have these, we will integrate with your provider.
How do you protect my data and privacy?
Owner dashboards are read-only; access is logged. Tracking data is restricted to operations and security teams, retained per policy, and shared only with consent or where legally required.
Can I exit or pause management?
Yes. Provide written notice as per your agreement. We’ll reconcile the latest statement and hand over documentation cleanly.
